  Gas Turbine Jet Engine Test Facilities    

EDF Inc. has designed Gas Turbine Jet Engine Test Facilities since 1978 and has completed well over 10,000 projects or tasks related to the testing of Gas Turbine Jet Engines.

For each of our projects, the EDF design team was responsible for the overall Engineering, Design and Drafting of the major hardware assemblies and sub-assemblies. Also, EDF provided procurement drawings and specifications along with construction management as the various structures were assembled and installed. The technical challenges that occur during a gas turbine jet engine facility project require that the Architect Engineering firm have extensive experience with test facility/equipment design and testing operation. This experience is unique to EDF Inc. We understand the logistics of fabrication, assembly and installation, harsh acoustic environments, vibration, temperature, pressure and airflow issues. Also a key issue is the long term maintenance and operational costs of running these facilities. EDF has extensive knowledge in mimimizing these costs and extending the life of test equipment and facilities.
