- Provide assistance to Test Operations Lead Foreman
- Read Drawings
- Verify assembly materials are present per drawings and kitted for mechanics
- Provide some oversight and assistance during assemblies and installations
- Manage hardware storage areas and keep inventory
- General knowledge of facility mechanical operations
- Communication and working with Engineers and Mechanics
- Organize hardware shipments
- Clean driving record, to operate company vehicle on site premises
- No prior felonies
- No substance abuse
- Able to lift and transport objects up to 50lbs
- 50% outdoor work environment
- General computer skills required
Electronic and Instrumentation Technician
- Skill Requirements
- Applicants should have substantial experience working on a personal computer using SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Access, Excel, and Project
- Hands-on experience working with SAP
inventory and SAP inventory control systems is desired
- Must be detail-oriented, have strong organization skills, and be able to work with little supervision
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Duties and Essential Functions
- Maintain electronic equipment calibration records
- Survey electronic equipment for calibration currency and ensure equipment is processed through the Calibration Lab in a timely fashion
- Maintain probe and electronic equipment inventory and Optical Probe Database and ensure that location of probes and electronic equipment is accurately maintained in SAP
- Maintain structural data status database
- Support archival of structural data
- Maintain stock of expendable supplies; such as epoxies, connectors, and cables
Mechanical Engineers with Unigraphics Experience
- Working with large to small Structural Steel Weldments and machine parts, high to low tolerance in use to develop Aerospace testing facilities equipment
- Hand calc, FEA and Beam software analysis routinely used
- Familiarization with fabrication methods, standard ASME Drafting procedures and CAD Software for modeling designs
- Creating presentation documents and organized work packages for delivery
- Customer and team interaction requires good diplomacy
- Schedule can include overtime in a great work environment
- PE is a plus
- Advanced Unigraphics experience required
Advanced Mechanical Designers/Drafters with Unigraphics Experience
- 3D development of large to small mechanical structures and machine parts, high to low tolerance in use to develop Aerospace testing facilities equipment
- Familiarization with standard industry hardware, ASME y14.5 Drafting procedures and AutoCAD
- Creating detail drawings, assemblies checked to high standards and presentation documents
- Requires diverse applications depending on project needs
- Customer and team interaction requires good diplomacy
- Schedule can include overtime in a great work environment
- Advanced Unigraphics experience required
